About the role
- Own the full sales funnel, converting cold leads into long-term hotel partners
- Drive net-new hotel supply to support aggressive market launches and quarterly growth targets
- Prospect and identify new hotel opportunities through research, networking, and outbound outreach
- Lead negotiations and close deals with independent and boutique hotels
- Act as a trusted advisor, clearly articulating the platform’s value proposition via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Launch new markets by coordinating cross-functionally and supporting localized lead generation
- Support onboarding of newly signed partners to ensure successful go-lives
- Build scalable, repeatable sales strategies that maximize regional impact
- Develop strong, lasting relationships by demonstrating deep platform knowledge and commercial insight
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Background in a fast-growing tech, travel, or hospitality environment preferred
- Strong hunter mentality with proven success closing new business
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker who can balance execution with long-term growth initiatives
- Fluent in English and the local language for the market.
