About the role
- Prepare and interpret management reports, including performance and variance analysis
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles and monitor deviations
- Translate financial data into clear insights and KPIs for management
- Contribute to business cases, investment evaluations, and profitability analysis
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Take part in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Assist with statutory reporting and regulatory requirements
- Contribute financial input to internal and external reports
- Support audit processes and collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors
- Participate in improving finance processes and reporting practices
- Work closely with the Site Finance Leader and internal business teams
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting, audit, finance, or controlling
- Good understanding of financial statements and core accounting principles
- Motivation to grow further in controlling, analysis, and business partnering
- Exposure to BE GAAP and local regulations is an asset, but not a strict requirement
- Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP or BI tools is a plus
- Fluent English; Dutch and/or French is considered an advantage
