About the role
- Set up and configure enterprise integrations with customer systems
- Respond clearly and efficiently to customer technical questions via email, Slack, and calls
- Diagnose and troubleshoot integration issues independently
- Follow up with customers to ensure integrations are successfully deployed
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate bugs and complex technical issues
Requirements
- Fluent English (native-level preferred) with excellent written communication skills
- Experience as a Technical Implementation Specialist, Integrations Specialist, or in a similar role involving technical onboarding and project coordination
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically through technical challenges
- Patience and professionalism when working with complex technical scenarios
- Ability to meet deadlines and iterate quickly based on feedback
