About the role
- Act as a trusted adviser and subject matter expert to employees and managers on sensitive people matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and company values
- Support managers in applying people tools, policies, and procedures to enhance employee engagement, performance, and compliance
- Provide hands-on support with country-specific compliance requirements in Poland, Czechia, and Latvia
- Analyse trends and people data to develop proactive, business-focused solutions
- Partner closely with People & Purpose and HR Operations teams on policies, processes, and employee requests
- Contribute to and lead ad-hoc HR projects, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives
- Act as an onsite HR liaison when required to manage urgent or complex issues
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in Employee Relations, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner roles
- Proven hands-on Employee Relations experience within Poland
- Strong customer-service mindset with a passion for delivering an outstanding employee experience
- Confident influencer, able to manage complex and sensitive cases with professionalism and discretion
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a global, multicultural environment
- Sound judgment and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
- Exposure to other EMEA labor laws is highly desirable
- Fluency in Polish and English (additional European languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
