About the role
- Implement, configure, and maintain SAP S/4 HANA P2P processes, focusing on accounts payables and invoice management.
- Design and implement OpenText VIM solutions to streamline vendor invoice processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Ariba solutions for improved procurement processes.
- Conduct requirement gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis for P2P processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and training materials.
- Provide expert advice and support for SAP FI, focusing on accounts payable modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in SAP P2P and OpenText VIM.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and maintain a knowledge base for continued learning and support.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and updates, recommending improvements to existing systems.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and IT strategy.
- Support RFP process for P2P / Ariba with required Functional expertise and solutioning, including mapping functional process flow.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP S/4 HANA P2P Consultant with strong expertise in OpenText VIM and SAP FI (Accounts Payables).
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba or other Cloud procurement solutions is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of procurement to pay processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- SAP certification in relevant modules is an advantage.
