Business Development Rep

• Grow our business across UK Public Sector markets as a senior leader within the Public Sector Team.
• Build trusted relationships and sell Informed Solutions' platforms and solutions in strategic sectors in the UK and internationally (predominantly Malaysia and Australia).
• Play a lead role in securing enterprise-level sales within public and private sectors at national, regional, and local levels.
• Act as an ambassador for the company and secure profitable, sustainable business that supports growth and enhances reputation.
• Build strong, lasting client relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
• Work closely with solutions and platform teams to continually evolve value propositions, solutions, and accompanying services.
• Work with the commercial team to design deals that ensure contracts are sustainable and profitable.
• Collaborate with Engagement Directors to build strategic partnerships and alliances across the marketplace to offer a compelling mix of capability and capacity.
• Contribute to wider business development efforts, including bid and proposition development.

Public Sector Business Development Manager

User Researcher

• Design and deliver user-centred digital services that make the world a healthier, safer, and more sustainable place.
• Shape user-centred services and influence research strategies across public-sector projects.
• Plan, conduct, moderate and analyse usability and user research sessions and rapidly turn insights into actionable design recommendations.
• Evaluate and monitor client experiences across multiple touchpoints and platforms, anticipating and addressing usability issues.
• Apply a wide range of qualitative and quantitative UX research methods (remote testing, heuristic evaluation, competitor analysis, surveys, IA activities).
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, developers and analysts to translate research findings into design solutions.
• Coordinate recruitment, logistics and external suppliers for user testing.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, influence project teams and mentor early-career colleagues while driving Informed's user-centred design capability.

• Proactively research and identify potential client organisations and key contacts across public and private sectors.
• Use LinkedIn, email and other platforms to reach out to prospects, generate leads, and book introductory meetings.
• Support the Business Development Manager in maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities and managing follow-ups.
• Assist in running campaigns, preparing outreach materials, presentations, and proposals tailored to target clients.
• Familiarise yourself with our products and support demonstrations and showcases.
• Help maintain and update CRM system and prospect databases, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Monitor sector developments, competitor activity, and client needs to help shape outreach approaches.
• Support the Business Development Manager in growing and maintaining a partner network to assist in Product sales.
• Contribute to wider business development campaigns, including events, bid coordination, and marketing initiatives.
• Act as an ambassador for the company, promoting our products and values in all external interactions.
