About the role
- 1st-level user and application support (tax environment).
- Handling customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Logging, classification and documentation of incident cases.
- Escalating incidents to 2nd-level support when an independent solution is not possible.
- During the agreed assignment hours (block times), phone availability and response times must be ensured.
Requirements
- Service-oriented, friendly, and confident personality with an affinity for IT.
- Experience as a helpdesk agent is an advantage.
- Excellent Italian skills (spoken and written).
- (Swiss) German skills are an advantage.
- A quiet working environment and a fast internet connection must be guaranteed.
