About the role
- 1st-level user and application support (tax software).
- Handling customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Recording, classifying and documenting incident cases.
- Escalating incidents to 2nd-level support when they cannot be resolved independently.
- Ensuring phone availability and response times during the agreed working blocks (on-duty periods).
Requirements
- Service-oriented, friendly, and confident personality with an affinity for IT.
- Experience as a helpdesk agent is an advantage.
- Excellent Italian language skills (spoken and written).
- (Swiss) German language skills are a plus.
- A quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection are required.
