About the role
- Define and build the organisational capability and capacity needed to deliver each phase of the Reservoirs Programme.
- Lead the design and implementation of the OD transformation plan, including governance structures and business case development.
- Shape and support the recruitment of the leadership of the new ‘shadow IP’, working closely with HR and recruitment partners.
- Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and external advisors, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and delivery of objectives.
- Embed organisational change effectively across the programme and ensure benefits are measurable, reported, and realised.
Requirements
- Relevant experience and personal attributes are key in this role but degree qualification in a relevant topic will be helpful
- A recognised Project Management qualification is preferable but not essential
- Experience in people change transformation projects on large complex programmes in a commercial environment
- Experience and knowledge of change management methodologies and tools
- Significant experience in designing and facilitating stakeholder workshops
