About the role

  • You lead the structuring and strategic management of complex INFORM transformation and implementation projects
  • You are responsible for designing robust governance and decision-making architectures
  • You are also responsible for analyzing, designing, and evolving end-to-end processes in the aviation domain
  • You present your findings and recommendations to top management
  • You develop scalable process and operating models based on target processes optimized by INFORM
  • You use data-driven analyses (e.g., process mining) to identify key performance drivers and to optimize the business processes under review
  • Your goal is to derive concrete measures to increase user adoption of INFORM solutions

Requirements

  • Approximately 5–8 years of experience in management consulting or operational transformation consulting is desirable
  • Strong methodological skills in strategy, process, and organizational development
  • Experience in complex software or transformation projects
  • Ability to tightly integrate business processes with digital solutions
  • Deep understanding of operational and commercial interdependencies, ideally in aviation or mobility
  • Confident demeanor when interacting with C-level executives and management boards
  • Structured, hypothesis-driven way of working
  • Affinity for data-driven approaches and digital technologies
  • Business-fluent English; German is a plus
  • High willingness to travel
