About the role

  • You work on demanding customer projects related to sales planning and successfully deploy our software together with cross-functional teams within the Customer Success team.
  • You configure and implement our software at customer sites.
  • You translate business requirements into functioning software solutions and implement them together with your colleagues.

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering and/or completed vocational training in a software-related field
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in a customer-facing IT role
  • Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL (understanding and programming)
  • Very good German and English skills (at least C1 level)
  • Practical experience with an object-oriented programming language; ideally familiarity with C++ and Java (able to understand and work with them)
