About the role

  • You lead process analyses, optimization initiatives and best-practice projects for our clients — particularly within our Aviation business unit.
  • You independently plan, facilitate and run client workshops, and develop To-Be designs and readiness assessments.
  • You define playbooks for our new consulting unit.
  • You support change-management activities, develop training and enablement concepts, and thereby drive end-user adoption of our software solutions.
  • In addition, you take on project management tasks in selected complex client projects.
  • You actively network with our clients and acquire new projects from existing customers.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of professional experience in management or process consulting, as an in-house consultant, or in comparable roles (e.g., internal transformation, Operational Excellence)
  • Strong expertise in process analysis, process modeling and process optimization (e.g., BPMN, end-to-end process design)
  • Experience conducting and facilitating cross-functional workshops as well as professional stakeholder management at the management level
  • Experience in enterprise software projects, ideally in the context of complex implementations and data-driven or AI-based solutions
  • Strong, proactive customer orientation, excellent communication skills and the ability to constructively challenge clients
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, and fluent German and English skills (minimum C1 level)
  • Industry knowledge in aviation (aviation/ground handling) or related industries
