About the role

  • Identify and win new business opportunities and achieve ambitious revenue targets in Switzerland.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at executive and board level.
  • Understand customer challenges in the areas of fraud prevention and financial crime.
  • Execute a territory coverage plan and meet quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Expand existing customer relationships and manage complex deals across multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, ideally in security or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record in new customer acquisition and exceeding revenue targets.
  • 'Hunter' mentality and solid knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC.
  • Experience selling complex solutions to financial services (banking, payments).
  • Experience in strategic account management, solution-oriented selling, and consultative sales techniques.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and enthusiasm for technology-based solutions.
  • High adaptability to dynamic, growth-oriented environments.
