About the role
- Identify and win new business opportunities and achieve ambitious revenue targets in Switzerland.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at executive and board level.
- Understand customer challenges in the areas of fraud prevention and financial crime.
- Execute a territory coverage plan and meet quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Expand existing customer relationships and manage complex deals across multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, ideally in security or enterprise software.
- Proven track record in new customer acquisition and exceeding revenue targets.
- 'Hunter' mentality and solid knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC.
- Experience selling complex solutions to financial services (banking, payments).
- Experience in strategic account management, solution-oriented selling, and consultative sales techniques.
- Strong consultative selling skills and enthusiasm for technology-based solutions.
- High adaptability to dynamic, growth-oriented environments.
