About the role
- Subject-matter consultant in a self-organized, agile, cross-functional team
- Actively shape our way of working in project and product environments
- Advise our customers on the efficient and cost-optimal design of complex and time-critical processes at vehicle terminals
- Analyze processes and requirements
- Create detailed specifications
- Develop test plans
- Conduct end-user training
- Support system implementations and ongoing releases
- Act as a bridge between customer requirements, project implementation, and product design
- Make targeted use of our standard product
- Actively contribute to its further development
Requirements
- At least five years' experience in functional consulting for IT software projects – ideally in the logistics sector
- Very good understanding of software development processes
- Practical experience with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
- Strong self-organization
- Enjoy working with customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly
- High level of commitment and sense of responsibility
- Pragmatic approach
- Very good German and English skills (at least C1)
