About the role

  • Subject-matter consultant in a self-organized, agile, cross-functional team
  • Actively shape our way of working in project and product environments
  • Advise our customers on the efficient and cost-optimal design of complex and time-critical processes at vehicle terminals
  • Analyze processes and requirements
  • Create detailed specifications
  • Develop test plans
  • Conduct end-user training
  • Support system implementations and ongoing releases
  • Act as a bridge between customer requirements, project implementation, and product design
  • Make targeted use of our standard product
  • Actively contribute to its further development

Requirements

  • At least five years' experience in functional consulting for IT software projects – ideally in the logistics sector
  • Very good understanding of software development processes
  • Practical experience with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Strong self-organization
  • Enjoy working with customers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • High level of commitment and sense of responsibility
  • Pragmatic approach
  • Very good German and English skills (at least C1)
