About the role

  • Identification, acquisition and onboarding of strategic technology and business partners in alignment with INFORM's go-to-market strategy.
  • Strategic development and sustainable expansion of existing technology and business partnerships.
  • Joint development of business plans and implementation of co-selling and go-to-market initiatives to accelerate deal cycles.
  • Close collaboration with sales, marketing and product teams to ensure shared partner success.
  • Empowering partners through training, tools and marketing campaigns to successfully position INFORM solutions.
  • Analysis and management of pipeline, revenue and market impact, and identification of growth and innovation opportunities.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years' professional experience in partner management, strategic alliances or solution sales.
  • Good understanding of FinTech, banking or payment technologies.
  • Experience developing compelling value propositions and driving customer adoption.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, ideally MS Dynamics.
  • Excellent German and English skills (at least C1); additional languages are a plus.
