About the role
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the DACH region through prospecting, cold calling and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams and technical experts to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
- Attend business events and conferences to strengthen and build new relationships with potential prospects and represent inforcer and promote the company's offerings
Requirements
- Proven experience in covering the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals in the DACH region
- Fluent German language Skills (C1/C2)
- Demonstrated consistent overachievement against sales targets and quota
- Previous experience selling into MSP’s or the MSP community across Europe (DACH)
- Experience selling tech or SaaS products, ideally within a start-up or fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to develop relationships at the executive level
- Drive to focus on prospecting and developing new client relationships
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong motivation and the ability to inspire and drive results
- Ability to meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail
