About the role

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the DACH region through prospecting, cold calling and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams and technical experts to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
  • Attend business events and conferences to strengthen and build new relationships with potential prospects and represent inforcer and promote the company's offerings

Requirements

  • Proven experience in covering the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals in the DACH region
  • Fluent German language Skills (C1/C2)
  • Demonstrated consistent overachievement against sales targets and quota
  • Previous experience selling into MSP’s or the MSP community across Europe (DACH)
  • Experience selling tech or SaaS products, ideally within a start-up or fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to develop relationships at the executive level
  • Drive to focus on prospecting and developing new client relationships
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong motivation and the ability to inspire and drive results
  • Ability to meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail
