About the role

  • Assist with pre-sales activities for larger clients by discussing the implementation journey and addressing any questions they may have about the process
  • Apply technical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions during the implementation process
  • Provide technical training to internal teams to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Host & Co-host client facing webinars to increase their knowledge of the inforcer platform as well as ad hoc topics
  • Delivering multiple implementation sessions, managing the project and client communications
  • Lead & Manage bespoke implementations for larger clients, including project planning and ensuring the client reaches milestones
  • Proactively updating & creating documentation, creating video content for internal training as well as customer facing; this includes staying up to date with latest feature updates to the inforcer platform
  • Deliver platform training and technical sessions for both virtual and in person, within a group setting
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that our solution meets their expectations and business requirements
  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the implementation process and upon its completion
  • Help drive improvements to onboarding processes and the overall client experience

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience as an Implementation Manager or similar experience
  • Strong project management and client communication skills
  • Previous experience with technical implementations, particularly across Modern Workplace, M365 delivery and other SaaS products
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to make an impact quickly and drive self-accountability
  • Ability to meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail
