About the role
- Assist with pre-sales activities for larger clients by discussing the implementation journey and addressing any questions they may have about the process
- Apply technical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions during the implementation process
- Provide technical training to internal teams to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Host & Co-host client facing webinars to increase their knowledge of the inforcer platform as well as ad hoc topics
- Delivering multiple implementation sessions, managing the project and client communications
- Lead & Manage bespoke implementations for larger clients, including project planning and ensuring the client reaches milestones
- Proactively updating & creating documentation, creating video content for internal training as well as customer facing; this includes staying up to date with latest feature updates to the inforcer platform
- Deliver platform training and technical sessions for both virtual and in person, within a group setting
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that our solution meets their expectations and business requirements
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the implementation process and upon its completion
- Help drive improvements to onboarding processes and the overall client experience
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience as an Implementation Manager or similar experience
- Strong project management and client communication skills
- Previous experience with technical implementations, particularly across Modern Workplace, M365 delivery and other SaaS products
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Self-starter with the ability to make an impact quickly and drive self-accountability
- Ability to meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail
