About the role
- Own full-cycle new logo acquisition into MSPs
- Deliver world-class discovery, product demonstrations, and value-based selling
- Build strong multithreaded relationships with MSP owners, executives, and technical buyers
- Lead contract negotiation and close new business consistently
- Work closely with Partner Development on partner-sourced opportunities
- Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline management
- Support broader GTM efforts including events, webinars, and campaigns
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of SaaS closing experience, ideally within MSP, IT, or cybersecurity
- Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding monthly MRR quotas
- Strong sales fundamentals: discovery, ROI storytelling, objection handling
- Ability to run complex multi-stakeholder cycles efficiently
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proven experience in covering the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
- Demonstrated consistent overachievement against sales targets and quota
- Previous experience selling into MSP's (Managed Service Providers)
- Experience selling tech or SaaS products, ideally within a start-up or fast paced environment
- Proven ability to develop relationships at the executive level
- Drive to focus on prospecting and developing new client relationships
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong motivation and the ability to inspire and drive results
- Ability to meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail
