About the role
- Conduct end-to-end testing of eLearning content to ensure functionality, design consistency, and user experience quality.
- Perform manual and basic automated testing across WBT, ILT, PDF, and mobile learning courses.
- Ensure compliance with SCORM, AICC, and accessibility standards (WCAG / Section 508).
- Validate course functionality across Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira or similar bug-tracking systems.
- Support accessibility testing to ensure courses meet inclusion and usability standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in eLearning QA or software testing
- Certification such as ISTQB or similar QA certification preferred
- Understanding of eLearning standards – SCORM, AICC, WCAG / Section 508
- Experience with LMS platforms and authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
- Familiarity with QA tools, defect tracking systems, and testing workflows (Jira preferred)
