About the role
- Define and implement integrated, multi-channel communication strategies aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to develop event strategies.
- Innovate new delegate acquisition tactics to drive attendance and revenue.
- Work with delegate sales teams to generate high-quality leads and campaigns.
- Coordinate marketing practices across 1LoD teams.

- Monitor and report on marketing KPIs.
- Collaborate and support the Europe and Asia marketing teams.
- Establish best practice in event websites, branding, data capture, analytics and reporting.
- Optimize MAS digital platforms.
- Develop and deliver client-focused projects.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new client opportunities.
- Create integrated marketing campaigns to promote MAS solutions.
- Implement and manage third-party partnerships to streamline delivery.
- Drive innovation in MAS marketing through testing new formats.
- Use technology to automate tasks and improve job satisfaction and retention.
- Use technology to drive lead-flow into the MAS business.
- Use AI technologies to maximize audience reach.
Requirements
- Proven experience in events marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution and project management skills.
- Deep understanding of digital and direct marketing, including PPC and social media.
- Demonstrated success in driving qualified leads and achieving revenue goals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Commercially driven, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Skilled communicator and influencer with a collaborative mindset.
