About the role
- Expand the pool of potential customers through direct outreach and follow-up on generated leads;
- Strategically manage prospecting leads, following the existing sales process;
- Maintain efficient tracking of all leads and follow-ups, ensuring timely and regular interactions;
- Focus on high-value prospects, qualifying opportunities before routing them to the sales team;
- Identify customers' main gaps and present InfoPrice's value proposition by phone, email, or video conference;
- Educate prospects by demonstrating how we create value for their businesses;
- Provide structured feedback to management on lead quality, call outcomes, and market segments.
Requirements
- Organized and disciplined in lead follow-up;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Analytical and consultative profile;
- Proactive and results-oriented;
- Ability to identify customer pain points and opportunities.
- ⭐ Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot);
- Experience in B2B SaaS companies.
