About the role
- Perform system adjustments and registrations (users, stores, products, payment flags/brands, and points of interest)
- Update and validate product lists and data submitted by clients
- Support the structuring of competitor research and definition of scopes
- Monitor registration and release workflows in V2, ensuring consistency and organization
- Open and follow up on operational tickets (registrations and various adjustments)
- Keep implementation control and quality documents always up to date
- Assist the team with the final check before go-live, ensuring data integrity.
Requirements
- Technical education or currently enrolled in higher education in Administration, Technology, Engineering, or related fields
- Intermediate Excel and strong data organization skills
- Comfortable with systems, registrations, and structured spreadsheets
- Disciplined, organized, and detail-oriented profile
- Previous experience in operational or administrative routines
- Experience in technology, retail, or service companies
- Basic knowledge of SaaS platforms or ticketing tools (Jira, Zendesk)
- Familiarity with product registrations and technical data (GTIN, hierarchies, etc.)
