About the role

  • Analyse client business requirements to design and implement effective IFS Service Management solutions.
  • Configure, integrate, and customize IFS Cloud FSM to meet client needs.
  • Provide expert advisory services on service management lifecycles, focusing on planning, scheduling, work order management, and communication.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in service management consulting, with at least 2 years specializing in IFS Service Management (IFS Cloud FSM preferred).
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with IFS Cloud FSM or IFS Assyst configuration, integration, and customization.
  • Certifications: IFS certification (highly desirable) or willingness to obtain.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of service management challenges in industries like mining, manufacturing, or construction is advantageous.
  • Eligibility: Must have full working rights in Australia.
