About the role

  • Enter vendor invoices into the accounts payable system, ensuring accuracy and correct coding
  • Provide administrative and financial support to the Accounts Payable team
  • Support the preparation and processing of outgoing payments in line with approval protocols
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and related documentation
  • Enter financial data into company systems, ensuring completeness and data integrity
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly AP-related financial statements and reports
  • Participate in improving AP reports and processes
  • Support the entry and processing of travel and expense reports, ensuring policy compliance
  • Assist with processing and reconciling corporate credit card expenses
  • Perform other delegated and professional tasks related to AP operations

Requirements

  • Interest in finance, accounting, or accounts payable operations
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
  • Ability to handle administrative and repetitive tasks with consistency and focus
  • Willingness to learn and develop under mentorship from senior AP team members
  • Basic understanding of financial processes and documentation
  • Organized, reliable, and able to follow defined procedures
  • Comfortable working with financial systems and data entry tools.
