• Collaborate with Senior Sales Executives to identify key areas of opportunities in the market
• Prospect through calls, emails and social channels
• Schedule meetings and perform sales pitches for senior sales team when required
• Track sales efforts (calls, meetings, events) through use of CRM and other sales applications
• Provide service and support to clients by responding to requests and resolving any issues
• Support the Senior Sales Executives in closing deals in order to meet individual/team quotas and company business objectives
• Proactively take on new initiatives and exhibit a curiosity for learning
• Overseeing the relationships with staffing agencies and managing contracts and compliance
• Analyzing and managing costs associated with staffing, including vendor rates and expenses
• Ensuring adherence to labor regulations and compliance standards
• Utilizing data analytics to improve staffing processes and make informed decisions
• Managing client projects from inception to completion
