BDM – MSP Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with Senior Sales Executives to identify key areas of opportunities in the market
- Prospect through calls, emails and social channels
- Schedule meetings and perform sales pitches for senior sales team when required
- Track sales efforts (calls, meetings, events) through use of CRM and other sales applications
- Provide service and support to clients by responding to requests and resolving any issues
- Support the Senior Sales Executives in closing deals in order to meet individual/team quotas and company business objectives
- Proactively take on new initiatives and exhibit a curiosity for learning
- Overseeing the relationships with staffing agencies and managing contracts and compliance
- Analyzing and managing costs associated with staffing, including vendor rates and expenses
- Ensuring adherence to labor regulations and compliance standards
- Utilizing data analytics to improve staffing processes and make informed decisions
- Managing client projects from inception to completion
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years experience working with MSP accounts
- Ready to work during PST Time Zone (Night Shift)
- Hands on experience of maintaining relationships with MSP
- Ability to generate business from new MSP
- Experience in social media will be a plus
