About the role
- Lead Agentic AI Design & Prototyping workshops
- Guide participants through identifying high-value use cases
- Rapidly build and iterate functional AI agent prototypes
- Facilitate hands-on build sessions and hackathons
- Collaborate directly with member teams to co-create AI artifacts
- Advise members on AI architecture and tooling
- Conduct advisory calls with senior IT and digital leaders
- Partner with Research, Advisory, Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams
Requirements
- 5–8 years of hands-on technical experience
- 2–3+ years building, prototyping, or operationalizing AI/ML systems
- Practical experience designing and developing AI agents
- Experience working in or alongside ML Ops or AI delivery teams
- Strong proficiency in Python and working knowledge of JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with modern AI development tools and platforms
- Experience facilitating hands-on technical workshops
- Strong client-facing presence
- Undergraduate degree required; Computer Science or related technical degree preferred
