About the role
- Are you passionate about leveraging AI to find better ways of working?
- Play a leading role in building and maintaining our roadmap of AI initiatives.
- Work with internal stakeholders and leading clients to assess performance improvement using AI tools.
- Drive implementations through to value creation.
- Conceptualizing and identifying AI leverage opportunities for key stakeholders.
- Cultivating insights and feedback into action plans.
- Preparing business cases and requirements documentation.
- Supporting the IT team in building AI solutions based on specifications.
- Conducting quality assurance to ensure solutions deliver expected value.
- Launch planning activities including schedules and communications plans.
- Training internal resources on new tools and AI capabilities.
- Gathering feedback and assessing the impact of AI solutions.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in business or technology a must.
- Up-to-date knowledge of AI/ML technologies and trends.
- Proven experience in leading, managing, and mentoring high performing cross-functional teams.
- Presentation and facilitation experience demonstrated through prior client-facing engagements important.
- History of gaining and maintaining trusted advisor status with management.
- Strong working relationships with C-suite considered beneficial.
- Must be flexible and have ability to travel periodically to Info-Tech and client locations both within and outside of North America when it is safe to do so.
- Must be eligible to obtain appropriate work Visa for cross-border work within North America and globally.
- Must be available for after-hours work periodically.
- Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish or German is preferred to support our diverse client base across North America and globally.
