- Own acquisition, attribution, activation, lifecycle, and optimization across both sides of our marketplace:
- -Brands
- -Influencers / Creators
- Work closely with the CEO and product team, with real ownership, autonomy, and impact.
Requirements
- Has experience in growth, product growth, or growth marketing within tech or digital-first companies
- Understands product-led growth, user psychology, and lifecycle frameworks
- Is highly fluent with AI tools (prompt engineering, workflow automation, AI-assisted content generation, data augmentation, etc.)
- Is deeply analytical, comfortable running structured experiments, and confident interpreting complex datasets
- Is a creative problem-solver who loves innovative, non-traditional approaches
- Communicates clearly, collaborates well with cross-functional teams
- Has experience in marketplaces, social platforms, or creator/influencer ecosystems
- Familiarity with modern growth stacks (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, HubSpot, Braze, Segment, Looker, etc.)
