Account Manager

• Oversee campaign execution for specific influencer marketing campaigns
• Sit within a team of client service individuals who support each other on campaign execution
• Take on client facing ownership and responsibilities alongside the Account Director and Senior Account Director to help drive consistent client communication and success in post sale
• Join, lead, and support on key client meetings
• Managing & working collaboratively to support new business and upsell opportunities with the client
• Support in achieving and exceeding monthly client and business KPI targets
• Lead influencer contract negotiations and management
• Support the Account Director in budget management, forecasting and tracking project cash flow, campaign spending, and cost of service
• Lead development of Post Campaign Analysis reports & present to the client in partnership with Insights & Measurement Team
• Continuously focus on best in class client service and output of work for our partner
