About the role

  • Act as the owner of advertising account infrastructure across Google Ads (and potentially Bing Ads).
  • Create and manage Google Ads accounts end to end: Gmail accounts, Google Ads accounts, Business Managers, payment methods, and required bindings.
  • Warm up and farm advertising accounts using existing or self-developed approaches to ensure long-term stability and performance.
  • Work with account suspensions, appeals, and verifications, including Identity Verification, ensuring accounts are restored and compliant.
  • Operate using anti-detect browsers and related tools to manage multiple accounts securely and efficiently.
  • Maintain and improve existing platforms, tools, and workflows related to ads infrastructure and account management.
  • Analyze account performance, bans, recovery rates, and infrastructure health to identify patterns and improve success rates.
  • Collaborate on or support additional ad platforms when needed (Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, Reddit Ads, Amazon Ads).

Requirements

  • You bring hands-on experience creating, warming up, and managing Google Ads accounts, including working with account infrastructure and payments.
  • You have practical experience purchasing and operating Google Ads and Bing Ads accounts.
  • You are comfortable working with anti-detect browsers and related infrastructure tools.
  • You have a strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail when working with accounts, bans, and recoveries.
  • You are confident using Excel / Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, and operational analytics.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
  • Nice to have:
  • Experience with additional ad platforms such as Facebook Ads, Reddit Ads, Amazon Ads, or other paid media channels.
  • Experience with Power BI or other BI/reporting tools.
  • Good understanding of traffic quality, compliance risks, and advertising platform policies.
