• Partner with potential and existing customers to assess their current processes, uncover business goals, and deliver actionable recommendations that embed Influ2 seamlessly into their workflows.
• Analyze tech stacks, workflows, and conversion gaps to identify opportunities where Influ2 can improve performance and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Build tailored solutions, from personalized demos to complete contact-level advertising strategies, aligned with each client’s goals and business objectives.
• Define success criteria, share best practices, and support adoption to ensure long-term value and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives and SDRs to shape proposals, align on client needs, and build strong business cases for adoption.
• Share customer feedback and market insights with Product, Marketing, and Leadership to inform roadmap decisions, refine qualification criteria, and strengthen retention efforts.
