About the role
- Infleqtion is a global leader in neutral-atom quantum technology. Prepare journal entries, perform monthly account reconciliations, support the month-end close process, perform financial statement analysis, collaborate to implement new accounting policies, liaise with other departments for accounting guidance, support audit schedules and external auditors, assist in documenting and improving internal controls and SOX compliance, provide ad hoc analysis and support to the accounting and finance team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required; CPA or CPA candidate is strongly preferred.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably with a mix of public accounting and industry experience.
- Prior experience in a public company setting or with IPO readiness is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and general ledger accounting.
- Demonstrated experience with monthly close processes, account reconciliations, and journal entry preparation.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is highly preferred.
- Position may require access to information protected under U.S. export control laws and regulations; role requires that you do not need sponsorship or a work visa transfer.
