About the role

  • Handle user requests via phone, email, or tickets submitted through the company's support tools
  • Perform in-depth analysis of incidents/problems to identify root cause and implement permanent solutions
  • Consult technical documentation and alternative information sources; reproduce and test issues in the environment
  • Prepare course content and training materials and share knowledge with other team members
  • Be responsible for, or assist with, managing service levels agreed upon with clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical customer support
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (from the 3rd semester) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
  • Intermediate knowledge of databases
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking concepts
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Intermediate knowledge of programming logic (ability to read and interpret developed code)
  • Advantage: English and/or Spanish
  • Knowledge of logistics (WMS)
  • Experience with computer programming and basic knowledge of programming languages
  • Experience with operating systems and computer networks
  • Experience or knowledge of supply chain management solutions
  • Experience with the Korber One platform and the K.Motion Warehouse Advantage applications
