About the role
- Overseeing and optimizing all aspects of revenue cycle operations for an acute care hospital client in Indiana
- Serving as a senior-level consulting leader
- Working directly with client leadership and staff while representing Ni2 Health's standards, methodologies, and performance expectations
- Primary responsibility for back-end revenue cycle functions, including billing, accounts receivable follow-up, denial management, and cash posting
- Strong focus on financial performance, compliance, operational efficiency, and sustainable process improvement
Requirements
- College degree
- 10+ years of experience in revenue cycle leadership
- Experience with Epic
- Willing to travel to client site in Indiana
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook
