Administrative Assistant

• Support the Front Office Manager in the operational leadership of the reception team
• Actively work at the front desk including check-in, check-out, and guest services
• Ensure smooth operations during shift work
• Uphold and implement our quality and service standards
• Coordinate with other departments such as Housekeeping and Technical Services
• Assist with staff scheduling, onboarding of new employees, and training
• Professional complaint handling and solution-oriented guest communication
