About the role

  • Support the Front Office Manager in the operational leadership of the reception team
  • Actively work at the front desk including check-in, check-out, and guest services

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in hotel management (hospitality)
  • Initial leadership experience or substantial experience at the front office
  • Strong host personality with warmth, professionalism and a sense of responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Organizational talent, team player and confident, friendly demeanor
  • Resilience, flexibility and enjoyment in dealing with international guests
  • Good knowledge of hotel software (e.g., Opera, Protel or similar) and MS Office
