About the role
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. Understand customer needs and present Microsoft solutions that align with their business goals.
- Sales Execution: Drive revenue growth by identifying and qualifying new opportunities. Lead sales presentations and negotiations to close deals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with account teams, partners, Microsoft sellers and technical specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions. Coordinate with internal resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. Use this knowledge to position Microsoft solutions effectively.
Requirements
- Experienced with selling Microsoft’s Business Applications suite, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other related products
- Experienced in technology-related sales or account management experience.
- Experience in cloud solutions or digital transformation is a plus.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of the market, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Ability to identify and capitalizes on business opportunities to drive sales and profitability.
- Desire to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and value propositions.
- Experienced in understanding customer needs and designing tailored solutions to meet those needs while aligning with business objectives.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to handle complex customer scenarios and drive results.
