About the role
- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and equipment needs.
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client Relationships
- Partner with the delivery teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.
- Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remain up to date on industry news.
- An ethical approach in positioning solutions with customers
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, webinar content and potential go-to-market messaging.
- Maintaining a current and accurate view of opportunities by keeping CRM up-to-date
- Build relationships and liaise closely with the relevant Microsoft Sellers to generate new opportunities
- Work with multiple teams across Infinity Group, including Pre-sales, Marketing, Service and Delivery as required
Requirements
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Business Applications sales (CE &/or BC).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access and industry-specific analysis software.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proven track record of developing relationships and pipeline within SMC, aligned to a specific industry
- Passionate and enthusiastic about the potential of Microsoft technology in helping organisations realise their goals
- Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose appropriate solutions for clients.
- Must be able to appropriately position value to different roles within the client's business.
