About the role

  • Own campaign execution end-to-end (hands-on): Plan, launch, and optimize growth campaigns across paid and organic channels (search, social, email, landing pages, retargeting, partnerships, etc.)
  • Build campaign infrastructure: targeting, creative, copy, landing pages, conversion flows, measurement
  • Run rapid experiments: A/B testing, iteration cycles, performance improvements
  • Drive measurable pipeline and growth outcomes: Build and manage the performance marketing loop: CAC, CPL, CVR, ROAS, attribution, funnel conversion
  • Translate product and customer insights into messaging that converts
  • Develop repeatable playbooks for acquisition, activation, and retention
  • Lead content marketing that differentiates: Develop and execute a content strategy that positions Supernal as a category-defining AI partner
  • Produce and repurpose high-leverage content (LinkedIn, blog, video, case studies, thought leadership)
  • Promote company leaders (CEO, Head of Sales, and other executives) through narrative-driven content that builds authority and trust
  • Turn client work, insights, and outcomes into market-facing proof
  • Support relationship-driven go-to-market: Partner with the CRO and leadership on executive-level relationship building
  • Support and coordinate high-value executive introductions and strategic follow-ups
  • Plan and amplify conference presence (pre-event targeting, in-event content, post-event follow-up)
  • Align marketing efforts to a consultative, trust-based sales motion
  • Be the “Crafty Hustle” marketer: Move fast without breaking trust or quality
  • Find creative ways to win with limited resources
  • Use scrappiness and systems thinking to punch above your weight
  • Shape the roadmap for marketing operations and team growth: Partner closely with Ryan on direction, priorities, and narrative
  • Own marketing budget allocation and performance reporting
  • Define the long-term GTM architecture alongside leadership
  • Hire and manage contractors or junior team members as growth demands
  • What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days): Launch multiple campaigns and establish a weekly testing cadence
  • Create a simple, reliable performance dashboard and reporting rhythm
  • Improve conversion rates across key funnel points (ads → landing → lead/customer)
  • Ship messaging and content that clearly articulates Supernal’s value in-market
  • Successfully support at least one relationship-driven or conference-based GTM initiative
  • Build the beginnings of a scalable marketing machine (process, templates, learnings)

Requirements

  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and minimal support
Benefits
  • Performance-based bonus tied directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Equity participation aligned with company growth
  • Clear path to expanded scope and compensation as marketing scales
  • Real ownership, real outcomes, real upside
  • A role designed for someone who wants to run the playbook and grow into leadership
