About the role
- Own campaign execution end-to-end (hands-on): Plan, launch, and optimize growth campaigns across paid and organic channels (search, social, email, landing pages, retargeting, partnerships, etc.)
- Build campaign infrastructure: targeting, creative, copy, landing pages, conversion flows, measurement
- Run rapid experiments: A/B testing, iteration cycles, performance improvements
- Drive measurable pipeline and growth outcomes: Build and manage the performance marketing loop: CAC, CPL, CVR, ROAS, attribution, funnel conversion
- Translate product and customer insights into messaging that converts
- Develop repeatable playbooks for acquisition, activation, and retention
- Lead content marketing that differentiates: Develop and execute a content strategy that positions Supernal as a category-defining AI partner
- Produce and repurpose high-leverage content (LinkedIn, blog, video, case studies, thought leadership)
- Promote company leaders (CEO, Head of Sales, and other executives) through narrative-driven content that builds authority and trust
- Turn client work, insights, and outcomes into market-facing proof
- Support relationship-driven go-to-market: Partner with the CRO and leadership on executive-level relationship building
- Support and coordinate high-value executive introductions and strategic follow-ups
- Plan and amplify conference presence (pre-event targeting, in-event content, post-event follow-up)
- Align marketing efforts to a consultative, trust-based sales motion
- Be the “Crafty Hustle” marketer: Move fast without breaking trust or quality
- Find creative ways to win with limited resources
- Use scrappiness and systems thinking to punch above your weight
- Shape the roadmap for marketing operations and team growth: Partner closely with Ryan on direction, priorities, and narrative
- Own marketing budget allocation and performance reporting
- Define the long-term GTM architecture alongside leadership
- Hire and manage contractors or junior team members as growth demands
- What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days): Launch multiple campaigns and establish a weekly testing cadence
- Create a simple, reliable performance dashboard and reporting rhythm
- Improve conversion rates across key funnel points (ads → landing → lead/customer)
- Ship messaging and content that clearly articulates Supernal’s value in-market
- Successfully support at least one relationship-driven or conference-based GTM initiative
- Build the beginnings of a scalable marketing machine (process, templates, learnings)
Requirements
- 5–10 years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation
- Proven track record executing campaigns across multiple digital channels
- Strong skills in:
- Paid acquisition (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
- Landing pages and conversion optimization
- Lifecycle and email marketing
- Analytics and experimentation (funnel metrics, attribution, testing)
- Relationship management
- Event marketing
- Professional services marketing
- Excellent writing instincts (ads, landing pages, emails, positioning, thought leadership)
- Comfort operating with ambiguity and minimal support
