GTM Lead

Full-stack Engineer

• Design and build robust backend platform architecture and core API integrations
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines to support internal analytics and AI/ML applications
• Manage and optimize Ascendancy’s data lake/warehouse
• Design data workflows that integrate and experiment with ML models
• Ensure high performance, security, and reliability across backend systems
• Lead infrastructure decisions, especially related to data governance and scalability

Software Engineer

Account Executive

• Help close and manage a rapidly growing pipeline without losing momentum.
• Run full-cycle deals end to end, with a heavy inbound flow plus targeted outbound.
• Lead discovery and demos, drive follow-up, multi-thread stakeholders, and push deals through procurement to signature.
• Own pricing and proposals, and coordinate procurement. Our team will handle legal redlines and implementation scoping.

Engineer

• Design, implement, and maintain web scraping pipelines for a wide variety of websites and data sources.
• Build scrapers using tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, BeautifulSoup, Scrapy (and similar libraries) with a focus on reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Create automated workflows for scraping and data processing:
• Containerize scraping jobs (e.g., using Docker).
• Deploy and orchestrate them in the cloud (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Configure scheduling (e.g., run daily/weekly/hourly) and dependency management.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging:
• Capture detailed logs for each job run.
• Track job statuses and failures.
• Implement notifications/alerts when a scraper breaks or a website changes.
• Handle anti-bot measures (proxies, captchas, rate limits) and design scrapers that are resilient to layout and structure changes.
• Work closely with data engineering / product / ML teams to understand data requirements and ensure data quality.
• Utilize LLMs (Large Language Models) to:
• Parse and extract structured information from messy HTML or semi-structured content.
• Increase robustness of scrapers to frequent UI/DOM changes.
• Prototype new scraping / extraction strategies using LLM APIs.
• Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code, and contribute to best practices, code reviews, and tooling for the team.
• Continuously improve the scraping platform, including performance optimizations, standardization, and reusability of components.

Senior Web Scraping Engineer

Chief Technology Officer

• Architect and build the AI and automation backbone of the company
• Deploy, evaluate, and monitor ML/LLM systems in production
• Partner with product and operations to translate real customer pain points into intelligent, self-healing systems
• Build and lead a small technical team (5–10 engineers) as the platform scales over the next 24 months
• Own the end-to-end technical architecture: service orchestration, observability, and AI/ML pipelines
• Build, train, and deploy AI agents that automate IT workflows (troubleshooting, monitoring, patching, access management, etc.)
• Lead development of scalable backend systems (Python, Django/FastAPI, Pydantic, etc.) on AWS with EKS/Helm

Security Engineer

• Design and oversee security strategy across the entire Infinity portfolio.
• Build portfolio-wide security policies, standards, and controls.
• Own certification/compliance programs (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR/CCPA alignment, etc.).
• Maintain a central library of security documentation to support sales and client diligence.
• Develop and oversee vendor/third-party risk management and implement data classification, retention, and destruction policies.
• Ensure consistent incident response, access review, and audit cadences across companies.
• Partner with engineering and leadership teams at portfolio companies to establish secure practices from day one.
• Lead security diligence with client and vendor teams and support client/vendor diligence reviews.
• Standardize secure development lifecycles, access management, and cloud security baselines.
• Implement incident response framework, run tabletop exercises, penetration testing, and remediation tracking.
• Build continuity/disaster recovery standards that scale across companies.
• Lead company-wide security training and awareness programs and foster a secure-by-default culture.

• Design and refine branded assets across digital platforms (web, social, decks, paid media)
• Develop and maintain brand systems, style guides, and component libraries in Figma
• Support web design and assist with wireframes (bonus if you can build pages in webflow but not mandatory)
• Create internal Radiance marketing assets, including case studies, graphics, and presentation decks
• Translate creative direction into production-ready designs with minimal oversight
• Organize design files within our system (The Source) and ensure consistency across assets
• Participate in critiques, contribute to concept development, and support larger campaign work
