Product Designer

• Design and refine branded assets across digital platforms (web, social, decks, paid media)
• Develop and maintain brand systems, style guides, and component libraries in Figma
• Support web design and assist with wireframes (bonus if you can build pages in webflow but not mandatory)
• Create internal Radiance marketing assets, including case studies, graphics, and presentation decks
• Translate creative direction into production-ready designs with minimal oversight
• Organize design files within our system (The Source) and ensure consistency across assets
• Participate in critiques, contribute to concept development, and support larger campaign work
