Key responsibilities & impact

Work across disciplines and collaborate across systems, tools, and functions

Requirements

What you’ll need

4–7 years in analytics, operations, program management, project management, product management or executive support
AI is part of your daily workflow and you use it with rigor
Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with collaboration tools like Notion and Slack
Experience with project management platforms like Asana or Linear
Experience with CRMs like HubSpot or Attio
Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier or Make
Some experience guiding or mentoring others
