• Coordinate AI pilots, establish success criteria, and track outcomes
• Maintain and mature the AI governance framework with cybersecurity and other stakeholders
• Maintain a countywide inventory of AI tools, vendors, pilots, and use cases
• Manage access, licensing, token consumption, and costs for enterprise AI platforms
• Coordinate with AI vendors on deliverables, demonstrations, and issue resolution
• Lead AI Communities of Practice and support departmental AI champions
• Coordinate onboarding, training, guidance, and support for AI users
• Help departments identify high-value AI opportunities and share successful practices
• Track adoption, costs, business value, and measurable efficiency gains
• Develop executive dashboards and provide updates to County leadership
