About the role
- Manage a portfolio of medium-complexity or strategic accounts
- Ensure renewals, upsells, and client satisfaction
- Identify growth opportunities and drive product adoption
- Act as a strategic advisor through health checks and business reviews
- Monitor usage and sentiment, mitigate churn risks
- Coordinate internal and client stakeholders to achieve deliverables
- Prepare executive-level summaries
- Occasionally travel for on-site consultations and workshops
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in customer success or account management
- Proven outcomes in growth and retention
- Comfortable engaging with executive-level audiences
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Experience in program/project management
- Adept at balancing strategic and tactical responsibilities across multiple accounts
