About the role

  • Manage a portfolio of medium-complexity or strategic accounts
  • Ensure renewals, upsells, and client satisfaction
  • Identify growth opportunities and drive product adoption
  • Act as a strategic advisor through health checks and business reviews
  • Monitor usage and sentiment, mitigate churn risks
  • Coordinate internal and client stakeholders to achieve deliverables
  • Prepare executive-level summaries

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Proven outcomes in growth and retention
  • Comfortable engaging with executive-level audiences
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Experience in program/project management
  • Adept at balancing strategic and tactical responsibilities across multiple accounts
