  • Work from our Luxembourg office and spearhead our financial infrastructure's evolution.
  • Bridge the gap between automotive dealers’ financing needs and our core banking transition.
  • Partner with our lead payment engineer to replace current BaaS providers with a high-performance, proprietary system.
  • Own the technical architecture, ensuring the technical stack delivers precision and scale for a regulated environment.

Requirements

  • 4-5+ Years of experience in software engineering
  • Expertise in C# & .NET Engineering, mastery of the .NET ecosystem with a focus on building high-performance, distributed backend systems.
  • Strong professional background in regulated financial environments, understanding the mechanics of ledgers and payment orchestration.
  • Demonstrated ability to own features end-to-end, analyzing customer financing workflows and defining technical requirements.
  • Highly effective stakeholder communication, translating deep technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Practical experience leveraging modern developer tools to achieve accelerated development velocity while upholding code quality standards.
