• Research and identify potential customers using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and other resources

• Design and maintain the enterprise-wide Risk Management Framework, defining and monitoring risk appetite and key risk indicators
• Conduct risk assessments across operational, compliance, AML, ICT, outsourcing and fraud risks
• Implement and oversee the internal control framework in line with the three lines of defence model
• Prepare regular risk reporting to the Executive Committee and Board

• Lead customer onboarding processes, ensuring swift and successful implementation.
• Monitor customer health metrics, proactively addressing churn risks and improving satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development of Customer Success playbooks, knowledge bases, and best practices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and renewal cycles.

• Financial Analysis: Move beyond "what happened" to "why it happened." Produce monthly variance analysis (Budget vs. Actuals) and meaningful KPIs for the CFO.
