Sales Development Rep

• Prospect and generate leads using LinkedIn, CRM databases, and other resources
• Conduct outbound outreach via cold calling, emailing, and social media engagement
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing prospect needs and interest in the SaaS solution
• Set appointments and demos and work closely with Account Executives to transition qualified leads
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system tracking outreach activity and outcomes
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to articulate value proposition
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales, providing feedback on lead quality and messaging
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute insights from prospecting efforts
