• Build pipelines for Account Executives who focus on high-impact opportunities.
• Combine proactive strategic prospecting with strong collaboration and administrative support for Account Executives ensuring seamless handoff, documentation accuracy, and deal progression.
• Close smaller or fast-cycle opportunities within key accounts directly over the phone when appropriate.

• Identify and analyze key accounts: map organizations, identify decision-makers, and understand sector needs and purchasing processes.
• Conduct targeted outreach: use personalized, multichannel sequences (phone, email, social media) to engage senior stakeholders.
• Qualify complex leads: assess issues, project scope, and stakeholder alignment for INFINIT’s SaaS solution.
• Organize qualified meetings and demos: work closely with Key Account Executives to schedule strategic discovery calls and ensure seamless handoffs.
• Contribute to documentation, proposal preparation, follow-up materials, and research on key accounts to advance deals.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and departments within key accounts to foster consensus and move projects forward.
• Manage and close small or short-cycle deals within your strategic segment when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date records of activities, interactions, and pipeline stages.
• Provide feedback to Marketing and Sales teams on message effectiveness, key account trends, and campaign performance.
• Strengthen product and industry knowledge: effectively present our value proposition to Enterprise-level prospects.

• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system: Track all outreach activity, conversations, and outcomes.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends: Articulate our value proposition clearly to prospects.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales: Provide feedback on lead quality, messaging effectiveness, and campaign performance.
• Participate in regular team meetings, providing insights from your prospecting efforts and contributing to the refinement of sales strategies.

Sales Development Representative

Operations

• Support the design and implementation of scalable banking processes across collections, underwriting, disbursements, and account management
• Help document workflows, identify automation opportunities, and improve efficiency across the lending and payment lifecycle
• Collaborate with operations, product, and technology teams to enhance end-to-end process control and data visibility
• Assist in monitoring portfolio performance and key risk indicators across credit, liquidity, and operational dimensions
• Contribute to the preparation of internal reports and dashboards to ensure transparent governance and oversight
• Participate in maintaining policies, controls, and frameworks that underpin sound risk management practices
• Contribute to the design of AI-driven tools and agents that enhance operational scalability and early risk detection
• Assist in shaping the banking product roadmap through research, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration

Banking Strategy & Operations Intern

• Play a key role in ensuring our SME clients have a smooth journey from onboarding through to loan servicing.
• Work closely with the operations, sales, and lending teams to help clients understand our products, resolve queries, and get the most value from our services.
• Help improve processes and share best practices.
• Confirm required car and customer documents meet financing rules.
• Maintain simple reports on disbursements, reimbursements, and payment dates.

Operations Intern, French Speaking
