About the role

  • As a Key Account Business Development Representative, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-value prospects within larger, strategic, and enterprise-level accounts.
  • Your work will be instrumental in building pipelines for Account Executives who focus on high-impact opportunities.
  • This role combines proactive strategic prospecting with strong collaboration and administrative support for Account Executives ensuring seamless handoff, documentation accuracy, and deal progression.
  • When appropriate, you may also close smaller or fast-cycle opportunities within key accounts directly over the phone.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in business development, telesales, sales, or customer-facing roles (experience with larger accounts or SaaS is a strong plus).Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, high-activity environment.
  • Strong organization skillsExceptional communication skills with a professional and confident phone presence.
  • Ability to build credibility with senior level decision makers.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, especially for long-cycle or multi-stakeholder pipelines.
