About the role
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead/opportunity generation through account follow-up and ensuring successful collaboration.
- Work closely with clients to propose suitable products/services and build long-term relationships.
- Lead outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, cold calls) to attract new prospects.
- Work closely with the operations team to support the sales process.
- Be proactive in proposing and adopting innovative approaches to prospecting and acquiring new customers.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience, ideally in B2B sales.
- Experience managing multiple territories or regions simultaneously.
- Proven track record of closing deals and handling objections.
- Ability to manage a deal from prospecting through to contract signing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills: able to deliver impactful demos and negotiate confidently.
- Proactive: able to take on significant responsibility and drive things forward.
- Autonomous and adaptable: comfortable in a fast-changing startup environment.
- Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and associated sales tools.
