About the role

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead/opportunity generation through account follow-up and ensuring successful collaboration.
  • Work closely with clients to propose suitable products/services and build long-term relationships.
  • Lead outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, cold calls) to attract new prospects.
  • Work closely with the operations team to support the sales process.
  • Be proactive in proposing and adopting innovative approaches to prospecting and acquiring new customers.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience, ideally in B2B sales.
  • Experience managing multiple territories or regions simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and handling objections.
  • Ability to manage a deal from prospecting through to contract signing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills: able to deliver impactful demos and negotiate confidently.
  • Proactive: able to take on significant responsibility and drive things forward.
  • Autonomous and adaptable: comfortable in a fast-changing startup environment.
  • Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and associated sales tools.
