Data Engineer

• Reviews, analyzes, and designs lab-based test networks for various small and large-scale militarized computer systems and systems of systems (SoS).
• Design may include specialized coding, instrumentation connectivity, API and data bridges.
• Maintains and develops online and batch application programs.
• Develops and implements a disaster recovery plan.
• Works with project members to develop system specifications, network/system diagrams and flowcharts as necessary.
• Has strong knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures for network testing and will adapt that knowledge to lab or controlled field based testing.
