About the role
- Kick off recruitment processes effectively with Hiring Managers
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Identify and approach Tech & Product profiles through active sourcing (headhunting)
- Ensure a smooth and supportive candidate experience
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and propose new ideas
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience recruiting Tech profiles
- Proactive in sourcing
- Curious and eager to understand candidates' backgrounds and domains
- Familiarity with technical terminology related to Java and JavaScript
- Desire to learn and grow in Tech recruitment
- Strong attention to diversity throughout the recruitment process
