About the role

  • Kick off recruitment processes effectively with Hiring Managers
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Identify and approach Tech & Product profiles through active sourcing (headhunting)
  • Ensure a smooth and supportive candidate experience
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and propose new ideas

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience recruiting Tech profiles
  • Proactive in sourcing
  • Curious and eager to understand candidates' backgrounds and domains
  • Familiarity with technical terminology related to Java and JavaScript
  • Desire to learn and grow in Tech recruitment
  • Strong attention to diversity throughout the recruitment process
